💡 Mingtu Lighting Warranty Policy

Based on a daily usage of no more than 10 hours, Mingtu Lighting provides the following warranty coverage for our LED products:

✅ 1. Warranty Duration by Product Lifespan

• 3-Year Warranty: For products with a rated lifespan ≥ 30,000 hours

• 2-Year Warranty: For products with a rated lifespan of 20,000–29,999 hours

• 1-Year Warranty: For products with a rated lifespan < 20,000 hours

The specific rated lifespan of each product shall be based on the official Specification Sheet signed by both parties.

📅 2. Warranty Period Start Date

The warranty period starts from the Bill of Lading (BL) date.

🚫 3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters)

• Improper storage, installation, or use

• Usage beyond recommended operating conditions

⚙️ 4. Defect Rate & Replacement Policy

All quotations include a standard 3% defect tolerance.
Mingtu will be responsible for repairing or replacing any defective products that exceed this 3% threshold, free of charge.
